Business Travel Consultant - Dutch Speaking

Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting for Dutch-speakers to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes.   In return you’ll receive some fantastic benefits:

As well as your Dutch skills, you will ideally have a background in the service industry with experience of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be results driven and able to demonstrate close attention to detail. Whilst travel experience  would be beneficial,  full training will be provided

If you are interested in the Dutch Business Travel Consultant role  and meet the requirements outlined above then please do get in touch. Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (4 weeks), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 9.30am - 6.15pm (1 week) Monday – Friday, and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks (with a day off in lieu midweek). The role may be based at either our central Manchester office, from home or a hybrid combination of office and home.
