With offices in the UK, USA and South Africa, we are a growing Travel Management Company specialising in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors, and we are proud and passionate about what we do.

Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting for Dutch-speakers to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role.  The role will be UK based either Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days at home) or fully remote (pending location).  You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes.   In return you’ll receive some fantastic benefits:

Job requirements

As well as your Dutch skills, you will ideally have a background in the service industry with experience of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be results driven and able to demonstrate close attention to detail. Whilst travel experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided.


If you are interested in the Dutch Business Travel Consultant role  and meet the requirements outlined above then please do get in touch. Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (4 weeks), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 9.30am - 6.15pm (1 week) Monday – Friday, and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks (with a day off in lieu midweek). The role may be based at either our central Manchester office, from home (in the UK) or a hybrid combination of office and home.
