Online Travel Solutions Executive

Job description

We are a leading travel management company for the charity and academic communities and we’re proud and passionate about what we do.

We are looking for an Online Solutions Executive to provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients, providing the assistance they require to successfully book their travel requirements using our online booking systems.

Managing the online process from the point of booking, some of the key tasks will include:

  • Fielding and resolving client enquiries via live chat, email and telephone
  • Monitoring the internal Helpdesk system
  • Quality checking online reservations, including web fares, scheduled carriers, rail bookings and hotel bookings
  • Fulfilling all reservations in our internal booking management system

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable and professional telephone manner
  • Proactivity and attention to detail, in both written and verbal form
  • Previous travel industry or GDS experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
