We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join the business on a 12-month contract, identifying and managing delivery of key process improvement opportunities within the business. Using a combination of business and data analysis, the Process Improvement Specialist will highlight target areas and create clearly defined change proposals to drive business efficiency and an improved customer experience. The role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive business change and improved customer satisfaction whilst leading re-engineering and automation projects. Primary responsibilities will include:


  • Analysing and evaluating existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost and overall performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise processes
  • Creating and managing clear, effective and achievable project plans with a clear ROI
  • Leading initiatives for continuous process improvement, employing methodologies such as Six Sigma
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to implement changes, track results, and refine processes to enhance overall productivity, quality and customer experience
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and generating regular reports on key performance indicators
  • Delivering approved projects within the timelines agreed
  • Analysing and managing project risks
  • Managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Job requirements

  • Proven track record in the delivery of efficiency improvement projects
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key systems such as online booking tools, contact management systems, CRM, finance systems and digital marketing
  • Previous business analyst / process engineering experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong, adaptable communicator who can take others on their journey to delivering success
  • Ability to quickly identify and overcome obstacles to keep projects on course
  • Positive attitude and ability to keep projects moving forward to the required pace and standard
  • Dynamic, forward thinking and driven to deliver
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Well organised and detail orientated

This is a full-time role for a contract period of 12 months.  Our hours are 8.45am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our office is based in Manchester City Centre and we are pleased to offer the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week following a successful probation period.
