Study Trips Operations Team Leader

We are recruiting for an Operations Team Leader to join our Study Trips Team. You will lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to ensure that quality of group travel bookings to our University, College and School clients are aligned with our standards and that all clients are provided with an excellent level of service. Primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Operations Manager overseeing the Study Trips Operations Team providing support, guidance and coaching to team members, and deputising for the team manager in their absence
• Dealing promptly and efficiently with any customer relations issues that arise Ensuring client invoicing is carried in a timely manner
• Creating and updating team process and training documents
• Promoting and supporting our company values, behaviours and company culture

• Excellent travel industry experience and destination knowledge
• Relevant experience in tour operations or TMC environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• Experience in providing coaching and mentoring to team members
• Knowledge of Galileo or other GDS systems beneficial

In return you will receive:

• Salary circa £29,000 (pending experience) plus Bonus (OTE £6,000 linked to performance)
